…founded on traditional Pacific Island core values gained from our heritage on the islands of Guam and Hawaii.

Inafa'maolek

[Pronounced e-na-fah mao-lek] a traditional Chamorro culture core value to respect one's family and community, and means to strive for harmony, to understand how others feel and act on those feelings with care and concern, to make good for all.

We practice Inafa'maolek with people and with nature to create harmony.

Aloha Spirit

the presence of life, to share the essence of one's being with openness, honesty, and humility – a way of being, a way of behaving, a way of life. It is a commitment to being real. It is a commitment to accepting others and giving dignity to who they are and what they have to offer.

Our Aloha Spirit also means kicking back and blazing our own path!

We give what we wish to get back.

📌 How to pick a deadband so a static threshold stops flapping
A static rule fires when a reading crosses a bound and clears when it comes back, and a sensor sitting on the bound will do that every five minutes. The fix is a deadband: clear…
